- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
visiting pets in their homes that if I go to feed etc.$ 40 starting per visit . Over night stays at your house $135 starting, extra charge for additional pets. Pets spending the night at my home , $ 70 starting. extra for additional pets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically I'd like to meet the customers and their pets in their own environment first. That way I get to know the pet better and the expectations of the parents. If that's not an option we could arrange to meet somewhere else. Free of charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we've had dogs and cats all my life, my education has come from practical care of these animals. I've rescued a couple of dogs and had them taken for adoption. Family friends have cats and I have taken care of them for a long time. it's the best way to learn.
