- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always price my lessons by what is comparable in my area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If they have studied music in the past I see where they are at and then begin with the books appropriate for them. If they are beginners we start at the entry level of the piano series. Voice students begin with breath control and vocalizing and then continue with music appropriate for thir level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained with my piano and voice teachers when I was out of high school. They were the best musicians in Los Angeles! I also majored in music in college and I have a degree in early childhood education.
