Athletic event or competition,
Really enjoyed the one-on-one personal training. Great environment. Had a quality, tough workout in less than 30 minutes. Feeling good and pumped to come back!Nov 6, 2018
I love getting a workout done in less than 30 minutes, without sweating and without having to wear gym attire. Yet the lack of outward effort belies how strong I've gotten, and I am confident that "SuperSlow" weight training is going to reverse my osteopenia. My personal trainers are great to work with. I look forward to my sessions with them, knowing I'm getting results and improving my overall health. Give it a try!Nov 9, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing varies based on a variety of factors including location, frequency, and length of package options, but it starts with a personal 1-on-1 Learning Session where you meet with your own personal trainer. You can choose to have a 1 hour 1-1 session for free or have a 1 hour 1-1 session plus 2 more personal training sessions for $25/each.

The Introductory Learning Session normally costs $75, but we are offering it to you here for FREE. Regardless of whether you continue training with us or not, you must come in for our Learning Session, as the information is truly life changing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our trainers complete an extensive Slow Motion High-Intensity Strength Training Certification program that includes 5 written test, 3 practical exams, and several hours of in location, hands-on studying. All trainers maintain a current CPR/AED Certification by the American AED CPR Association.
