- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are typically higher than the average trainer, or coach, because I provide a deeper level of service and care. I believe I provide an extremely high level of value and that I can solve many of my clients issues better, in less time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a new client to first talk and get a history, I need to understand where the problems seem to be coming from before providing a tailored solution. After an assessment of the habits and posture of each client we then determine about how long it will take to solve or heal whatever they may be dealing with. We then formulate a plan of action to get the desired outcome, and when that solution is agreed upon, we get to work.
