My name is Carson and I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I’m passionate about people seeing the results they are looking for and holding them accountable. I have trained a wide range of clientele from post pregnancy, high school, college, pro athletes, as well as seniors. Whether you’re a beginner to fitness or seasoned I believe I can get you to your goal. I specialize in weight loss, muscle gain, functional training, and sports performance (football, basketball, track, soccer). I also am certified in applied stretching therapy. This trainer is exceptional. Not only is Carson an excellent personal trainer, but his expertise as a certified stretch therapist takes his work to another level. He listens carefully, tailors workouts to your goals, and prioritizes proper form and injury prevention. The stretching sessions alone are worth it — I leave feeling looser, stronger, and more balanced every time. Professional, encouraging, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend.

I've been training consistently with Carson twice a week for 6 months. I started out not being able step-up on a 12 inch step without assistance. I’m currently in nursing school while working a full-time job, which honestly meant I was eating poorly, constantly stressed, and not working out at all. I started to feel like if I kept going this way, it would be really hard to recover my health. So I decided to at least start training a few times a week. Carson gave me so much motivation and courage from the very beginning. He’s not aggressive, but he knows exactly how to push you in a firm and encouraging way. His workouts are effective and varied, and even though each session is tough, the hour never felt long or boring. He also always makes sure that I eat proper diet before and after working out! After not too long, I started to see my body really come together. By around my 12th session, the changes were obvious enough that I felt a real boost in confidence, especially when wearing leggings. I can honestly say starting training with Carson was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself.

I am a very non compliant beginner level client. I didn’t believe physically I was ready for a trainer like Mack Muscle Fitness, I wasn’t! BUT, Carson met me where I was and one year later, he’s helped me to make great strides. He listens, we laugh and we work and I’m seeing results! I started working with Carson three months ago with a game plan to lower my body fat percentage while not losing muscle and instead gaining muscle mass. Not easy to do, I had been told. Carson got me on a meal plan and training schedule that dialed me in and three months later I’ve gone from 22 percent body fat to 15 percent while gaining muscle mass. It’s been an incredible journey and I look forward to what another three months will look like.
