I sent out a request for someone to fix my dryer and with the response/quote came a suggestion to check out whether it was my dryer hose/vent or actually my dryer and exactly how to do so. I followed the instructions and it turned out to be correct. Their suggestion saved me an extra $60 or more. I appreciate the forethought and thoughtfulness. They could have come out, deduced the problem, and charged me their fee to tell me it's the dryer vent. Thank you! I would definately go with this company again.
