- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is available on my web site. I happily extend discounts to any clients who are identified via Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My #1 goal is to ensure that my customers understand the inner workings of the home they are either purchasing or selling. I spend time at the end of every on-site inspection reviewing my findings and answering questions from my client(s). After delivering my written report I'm available for follow up questions and offer recommendations to remedy any issues that are identified during the inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on construction experience, 15 years working on both residential and commercial projects. This experience affords me a unique perspective on everything from foundation to finish work. I understand how things were built and can advise on quality craftsmanship as well as flag subpar construction. I am also a member of NACHI, which is the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
