- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to have a small chat with our clients to get to know them, their event and details. Based on that we prepare a custom proposal and will schedule a meeting to present the proposal together with a contract. Once the contract is signed and a deposit is made we start the work for our clients guiding them and making recommendations and decisions along the way through to the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although we are certified event planners and floral designers we continue educating ourselves using a variety of sources and keeping ourselves up to date in the event planning and design industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings, private parties, garden parties, Anniversaries, Bridal and baby showers, Bar/Bat mitzvah
