FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Numerous pricing options are available. Please see the "Pricing" page on my website or request a pricing sheet for details. I offer one-on-one training and buddy training session, either in my private studio or at your preferred location (home, park, office, etc.). Private boot camp sessions for up to 6 people are available at your favorite local park. And, remote training for a fraction of the price is coming soon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting will be your Consultation/Client Intake Session (always free). During this session, we will discuss your training goals, medical history, and elements of your current lifestyle. This will allow us to identify what type of training is best for you, and any possible barriers to training that we will have to overcome. Exercise can be adapted to almost any situation. Next will be your Fitness Assessment (included in package/membership). There, we will measure your current level of fitness in a number of categories, such as muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Measurements here will establish the baseline that we measure your progress against in future assessments. After that, I will use your specific goals, your medical and lifestyle information, and the results of your Fitness Assessment to create a training program tailored to your individual fitness needs. And then we get to work!
