I have been training with Makala for about 3 months and I'm overjoyed with the results I've been seeing. She is extremely knowledgeable about each and every workout she has me do and helps to push me harder than I could ever push myself. I became very stagnant during covid and gained a bit of weight. Through Makala's intense workouts, strength training/cardio homework, and helping me balance out my eating, I'm feeling and looking like my old self (pre-covid). If you are looking for an experienced trainer who will help you reach your goals, look no further. Makalafit has you covered.

Makala was very thorough in making sure I understood the workouts I was doing and why I was doing them. She always always always made me feel comfortable and pushed me out of my comfort zone. She held me accountable and kept me on track to achieve my end-of-plan goals and the results I saw were great and made me feel fantastic! Would definitely enjoy working with her again 😄
