- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will never be the lowest priced option. We know our value across the board. Most of our projects start at $50k and go into the millions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a strict process when starting a new project. It begins with a discovery phase which is a deep dive into the customer needs. We do our best to understand exactly what you want and we translate that into a Functional Requirements Doc or a spec doc. We then move to the user flow, wireframes and design phase. Upon full approval, we begin development (if necessary). Completion of dev requires full QA, which we do with the client until they are satisfied with the product. Then, time to launch!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the work we have done over the past 12 years has been for small, start up businesses (websites, corporate identities, etc.) but within the last 3 years, Expedition Co. has developed major projects for film studios, atuo makers, technology companies, marketing firms, online businesses, mobile app companies, and large scale social networking sites.
