Chef AZ was absolutely amazing! He came as a personal chef to our party and truly made the whole experience unforgettable. The food delicious and beautifully presented, he also created such a great atmosphere for our guests. Everything was prepared perfectly, and you could really tell how much care and professionalism he puts into his work. Our guests are still talking about the food! We hired Chef AZ and his team to cook for a long overdue reunion trip with my college buddies, nine guys, all with wives and kids now, getting together for the first time in 15 years. This weekend meant a lot to us. We wanted it to feel special, effortless, and memorable. I will be honest. At first I wondered how it would feel having a chef and team staying in the house with us. Would it feel awkward? Would it change the dynamic? It did the opposite. Chef AZ and his team integrated themselves so seamlessly. They knew exactly when to step in and when to give us space. They read the room perfectly all weekend. Every single meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, was cooked with intention, care, and real thought behind it. The menus felt curated around what we were doing each day. The food was outstanding, but what truly elevated the experience was their energy. Their vibe. Their presence. They were not just cooking. They understood why we were there. They supported the spirit of the weekend. They treated us like family. They set every table beautifully, handled every dish, and left us with nothing to think about except enjoying time together. There were always thoughtful surprises, perfectly timed refreshing drinks, moments where they shared dishes from their own culture with genuine excitement, and little touches that made everything feel elevated and personal. We even had one extremely picky eater in our group with no vegetables and very plain preferences, and they accommodated him without hesitation, preparing separate meals that made him feel completely taken care of.
