Redding BBQ Catering was a wonderful vendor for our outdoor wedding. Clive is very kind and was always great at communicating. The day of the wedding him and his staff set-up nicely, his staff was always up on everything (food and drinks), and Clive makes a delicious tri-tip and cornsalad, along with everything else he served. I would HIGHLY reccommend Clive and Redding BBQ Catering as a catering service for any event.
