I have hired Ayal Bendayan at Home Designers & Contractors Inc. to renovate my house and the experience was a lot more pleasant than I had anticipated. I remodeled the Kitchen, Livingroom, and the backyard. The Balcony was about 500 sqf. that wasn’t utilized until Ayal built an amazing composite deck with built-in pot holders with benches in-between them that created a new leisure area for dinner, play room, and lounging. The Kitchen is maple with a lot of pullouts and a nice sized Island that was used as a table also. We installed an additional window for more light and a view to the deck. It seems like a simple task but Ayal had to install a steal wall that was quite sophisticated. The Living room had a bar, wine cooler, and shelving out of hardwood Maple. The Flooring Distressed Hardwood oak that gave it a very warm ambience. All together Ayal made his trips to the to get permits and finished the job on time with an amazing finish.

Home Designers and Contractors did an excellent job for me with several projects:
-- repairing and reinstalling bamboo wood floors,
-- installing waterproofing elements on my guest house,
-- refinishing 1928 original oak floors (despite some really awful glue that was used on top of them for parquet floors),
-- installing a brand new kitchen (lighting, floors, cabinets, new appliances, custom quartzite counter, sink, electrical, etc).
-- repairing patio tiles and creating a concrete swell for the water drainage
Al and his team do quality work at reasonable prices. My home is much more beautiful and functional because of Home Designers and Contractors.

We were thrilled with our back yard make over. Originally I was wanting a different layout but the city ordinance changed all that. I thought we weren't going to be able to achieve our goals. Ayal came up with a fabulous design that exceeded my ideas!
His knowledge of construction, and design expertise really made all the difference for us.
We are so pleased we have him currently working on our master bath remodel!
