I enjoyed working with Fernando and his team very much. I had a huge plumbing issue at my fourplex where the entire main line in the crawl space needed to be replaced - as it was the original pipe from 1929 and it was cracked and broken, causing a big mess. I had four professionals come out and take a look and Fernando was the most prompt in getting me a quote - he also assured me he could do the job without much inconvenience to the tenants. Some of the other professionals told me that I would need to vacate the building for a week which was going to be a huge hassle and expense. Fernando did the originally quoted work promptly and worked with me and my tenants to find the best possible time to do it that would be the most convenient for them. He also ended up performing some additional work while here at a reasonable cost: he replaced the pipe below the foundation at the front of the building and added a two way clean out at the front of the building. He also ran a camera with me to show me how everything looked which helped provide peace of mind. He offered a 8 year warranty with his work, and I'm very satisfied as it was quite a stressful project to deal with and Fernando and his team made it much less stressful. He provided photos and videos throughout the project which was also very helpful.

Fernando was really nice and prioritized the work to finish within a reasonable timeline. Will definitely hire him again when needed. He completed the renovation of the bathroom by replacing the exhaust and cabinets. Added backsplash, mirror, lights, changed shower valve.

Fernando and his crew are top notch. He is very thorough and honest. It’s hard to find people with his values. What started out as a plugged drain turned into a new line being laid from under my house to the sidewalk. Knowing that we were on a very tight budget, Fernando kept the cost of this job incredibly low. He was lower than any other. Mainly because he is a nice man. I will hire him for all future plumbing needs and I encourage everyone to hire him. Such a great company.
