AB Maintenance & Const has consistently delivered value and quality since early last year for a managed Peninsula commercial property. Abraham has handled numerous projects encompassing demo(including upcycling & recycling), demise, deferred maintenance, roofing, general electrical/pluming, interior and exterior refresh, and construction. All in a dynamic environment serving a demanding partner group, and multiple tenants.

This group develops close relationships with their clients , even beyond the work at hand. there have been numerous occasions where they came in an emergency (suspected break in one time - which they didn’t charge me a penny. they refused!), another time was a water pipe break… and instead of charging me “emergency visit” pricing, they just charged me a regular rate. i appreciated that.
they are upfront about their pricing , and don’t upcharge you when the job is going on, or if something unexpected happens. i am happy to see them using thumbtack, because it would mean they can reach out to more clients.
