- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As much as I would like to help every person, I limit the # of clients at any given time which allows me to provide higher quality and personalized sessions. Each session is 45-50 minutes at a rate of $245. The time is yours to use with my goal of providing maximum value. A single 45-50 minute session could be broken down into the following: - 25 minute coaching session and 25 minute interview prep session - 50 minutes conducting mock interviews - 50 minutes working on current problems you are facing at work - mix and match - the time is yours! A discount is provided for individuals who have multiple sessions a month. All clients get access via texts to be used for check-ins, and setting up an agenda for our next call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting a coach is a big commitment for the both of us, thus we'll start with a 25-minute Onboarding Session where we'll both decide if this is a good fit. In the Onboarding Session, we'll discuss your goals, what you hope to get out of your coaching and what success means to you. I want to ensure that I’m the right coach for you. Last thing I want is for you to feel like you are wasting your time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in Product Management, PMM, and Co-founding an Alchemist Accelerator backed startup. I'm a Kellogg @ Northwestern MBA graduate and currently teach Product Strategy and Omni-Channel Marketing for a Kellogg EMBA course. I've been working with individuals my entire life helping them find meaning in what they do!
