Introduction: One of the biggest reasons people don't get a life or career coach is that they think they can't afford one. I have used Tania Sole's services several times. Every time that either a company has closed, been bought out or I have been laid off; I have reached out to her for career coaching that each time has been successful in placing me. I have also referred her to others. Often career coaching is something people only do once they are out of hope or feeling stuck in the process.
