Introduction: First impressions are everything. I am very clean cut and so is my work. You can tell when you meet someone if there is a "seediness" about them. Its a good idea for the client to look at the vehicle of the contractor if you can. If it is dirty with a cluttered dash board then most likely their work will follow suit! I leave your home as I found it. i do not leave clutter or garbage for you to clean up. I sweep up after myself. Also if I come to your home to troubleshoot a problem and I can not fix it, then you DO NOT PAY. I only charge if the problem is solved! Most contractors will charge a service charge just for coming out.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend that the customer "goes with their gut" If there are any doubts in your mind as to the character or integrity of the person you will be having perform work in your house than go with you gut and choose someone that you are comfortable with, They are probably the right person for the job!
