Monique is very knowledgable about nutrition and exercise. She has helped me with a personalized exercise plan for my needs and healthful tips to incorporate into my eating habits. I worked with Monique for 6 months. During that time, she helped me with my nutritional goals, integrating cardio and yoga/stretching workouts. I lost about 5lbs and gained core strength & muscle. I'm now in the best shape of my life. Monique is very pleasant to work with and provides various types of heath and fitness coaching, depending on your goals. Highly recommended!

I've been in Monique's Pilates class for over four years now. She provides a well balanced class, and makes sure everyone is working at their own comfort level to help assure no injuries. Besides a good work out, her class is always fun to attend. The time goes by quickly, and I always feel better after each of her classes.
