I have been training with Stan for over 4 months. He has brought in the discipline in my life that I previously lacked. He understood the goals that I wanted to achieve and worked with me . I have lost close to 25lbs with a combination of boxing and IF. His workouts include strength training, core training and boxing in the rink. He is also very flexible with his schedule and works with me based on my availability. I totally recommend Stan for anyone who is working on getting a healthier life. His fav words are “what time is it? Work time “. If you have a kid with you, don’t worry he will entertain them too. Thanks Stan.

I really enjoy working out with Stan. For those of you who find going to gym to only lift weights boring and soul crushing then you should give Stan a try. His training is very demanding and he pushes you to your limit while considering risks to potential injuries. He doesn’t go away or play with his phone while you are going through your routines. He goes through each training with you, 1 exercise at time. The best imo is learning boxing skills where he teaches you the techniques.
