When I decided to give it a go and sell my house, I did not even know where to start. As the internet serves a plethora of ideas, I came upon Fab Homes LA. I really liked what I saw on the website but was skeptical on hiring somebody over the internet. From the initial contact, Frances put my skeptic self at ease. She was never pushy and her design ideas always incorporated my needs (and whims) to the project at hand. The end result exceeded my expectations, whimsical and otherwise. Fab Homes LA is a good investment to start and finish selling your house.Oct 22, 2014
Fab homes LA goes above and beyond. I had a home I needed to sell and my realtor highly suggested Fab Homes. Frances worked with our budget and her sense of style created a lifestyle suited for the house. Best of all it didnt have that stale staged look and her unique furnishings complimented the house. And her attention to detail in the closet was well organized. The entire staging process was enjoyable and the finished results said it all in the photos as well as selling it quickly for over the asking price. Thank you Frances.Oct 16, 2014

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes. I am fascinated by the turn out of social media in terms of connecting with people. And that's something I want to harness to connect with and educate my client base. Connection is the best marketing and customer service to ever exist
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was born with the passion for design, but it was cultivated by the fact that I worked in the real estate industry and property management field. I always staged the houses I sold, and had to do a mini model of the rental units I managed. And it was a light bulb! I was already in this line of work before I even knew it!
- What types of customers have you worked with?Home staging- I stage the houses for sale so that the client can sell with more return on investment for a shorter period of time. Redesign - Move-in redesign is common. After I stage a home for sale, that client naturally becomes my redesign client - After all, who else is better to design their new house than the one who had their old house sold? Organizing - This is common because whether you're selling or moving in organizing is a necessity - not a luxury. Who wants to dig their toothbrush from 20 packed boxes? Organizing is critical. It's not just a de-cluttering project, it's an on-going lifestyle!
