Troy is a great trainer, he gave me a 8 week program to do & was very helpful through out those weeks making sure I finished the program to see true results, I was able to get to my idea weight, loss the fat off of my belly because of Troy still work with him until this day, and very reliable can call, email or text him about anything you will get what you put out trust Troy's Process

I work with the Clients/Customers meaning I know my worth thats why I charge what I charge but I understand people go through things its part of life so I make sure I offer arrangements as far as payments goes, I offer discounts depending on how long you stick around and by you telling someone that tells someone about my services
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, I make sure the Client/Customer is serious about this lifetime marathon they are about to embark upon, and nothing happens over night! Hardwork, patience, & Consistency is how you achieve everything you desire in this life and fitness!!! So Lets All Win Together
