Agustine was very pleasant and had great customer service skills. I feel very uncomfortable when strangers come to my home, but Agustine was very professional. He was always smiling and easy to talk to which made the experience even better! On top of that my carpet has never looked better! I will continue to have Chem-Dry clean my carpets! Hopefully all the staff are as good as Agustine.
