I have thought about this for over a week because I wanted to give the most fair review for all involved which includes FEANCISCI & Griselda as well as the public & of course my honest experience because it affects myself. I can honestly say they seem like very nice down to earth people. I was very honest & forthright with what I needed. I have a very tiny studio, live alone & only needed my 1/2 size bathroom cleaned along with the entire linoleum floor cleaned. Very simple & to the point! I even paid cash & bought them Starbucks coffee just because thats how I am. Well I new the bill was $80.00 beforehand & since it was my first time thought that was,ok. I even tipped them $20.00 because I believed they would do work worth it. Well, I have to say it wasnt worth the money I paid but might be willing to give Francisco another try. I feel he did as best he could that day, could do better! Altho I feel the problem doesnt lye with him but his other half. After my inspection, after they had gone, unfortunatley I saw much neglect. ....Sincerely CM

The Gonzalez-Hernandez team have been cleaning our house for some months now. They do a good job, even though we have many small and and delicate objects that require great care and attention. They often come up with little "extra" areas or items for cleaning that I may not have specifically mentioned. I appreciate that.
