We hired JAC Dreamscapes to completely transform our backyard. We first met with Jose and Vanessa to discuss the vision for our yard, which formerly was a sloping dirt hill filled with all sorts of garbage. They were easy to work with, were upfront about budget and options, and produced a beautiful 3D rendering of our yard.The project was huge. It involved a ton of demo and removal (up 4-5 stories of stairs), retaining walls, drainage, concrete patios, turf, iron work, lighting, irrigation, hot tub installation, masonry, landscaping. Their work is beautiful, detail-oriented, and the team is amazing and worked reasonably within an aggressive time interval (2 mos).Jose was transparent with communication, open to feedback, offered ideas and solutions, and stuck with initial estimates and within the overall budget. His team is his family, so you are directly supporting a local Bay Area family.I cannot recommend this team enough. Their work is beautiful. They have transformed our lives at home. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Jose and his crew did a wonderful job. The yard was completely overgrown with clover which can't just be cut with a weed wacker. He brought an extra person to get it all done in one day. He communicated throughout the process to make sure they were doing what we wanted. We are elated at the final outcome and very highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future for other projects as well.

We worked with Vanessa and Jose (JAC Dreamscapes) on our front and back yard in late 23 and early 24. They helped us transform our yard into an inviting space quickly and at a fair price. We already had a design, but JAC executed the plan for us including demolition, two paver patios, planting, drainage, and irrigation. JAC were good partners in addressing our goals, including finding ways to maintain our cost conscious focus. They were friendly, and receptive to our many requests for tweaks to make sure we were happy. Their team started quickly and stuck to the timeline we agreed to at the onset. We are very happy with the outcome!

JaC Dreamscapes transformed our backyard from a shapeless, barren outdoor storage space into an outdoor living room which is now an extension to our home, we enjoy daily.There were complex drainage and grading issues which Jose and his skillful crew tirelessly worked to resolve. There was also an intrusive ivy which had to be dug up before the fence which frames our backyard could be installed.JaC Dreamscapes made our vision for the space come true for our family and we have used them again on another major project since the backyard makeover.The caliber of workmanship and work ethic and creativity is unrivaled in my decades as a homeowner.See after and before pictures below
