We used Megan for our daughter's first birthday party. The whole experience was great! Megan was very professional, respectful and helpful in figuring out the specifics of the party. I love that her detailed proposal included pictures of each item so you knew exactly what to expect on the day of the party. She was very responsive and quick to respond to emails and to provide follow-up. We really appreciated her attention to detail. The end result was fantastic and we could not have been happier. We would definitely work with her again!
I hired Sierra Madre Catering for my husband's 40th birthday party held at my home. The set up process was so easy, they were so accommodating with the menu I wanted (even though it included fried foods and philly cheese steak sandwiches which are hard to make on-site). The moment they got to my house, Tonya and her chefs were so professional, speedy, on top of it all! They made my night so much easier and fun and I finally got to enjoy my own party for once! They left my house very neat like my kitchen was never used! They picked up after my guests throughout the night. My favorites were inside-out Philly cheese steak, pulled pork sliders, mac & cheese, potstickers and garlic fries. Thank you and looking forward to seeing you again!

I hired One Hot Dish to cater appetizers for my parents 20th anniversary party. It was such a great experience to work with Michelle. She insured that the presentation of the food she prepared was beautiful. And the food......O.M.G. amazing!!! There was nothing left if that gives you any idea of how great her cooking is! She made sure to clean up after herself and help where I needed it as far as restocking of food. As a hostess, I was allowed to enjoy myself. Thank you Michelle!!! BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.
I needed balloon decorations for a party I was hosting. I wasn't really sure what decorations I wanted so I called a few different places to get some prices and ideas. After speaking with Frances and telling her the theme of my party (Casino Night), my budget and some ideas, she was able to put together her recommendations. The day of the party I was excited to see what everything was going to look like. Frances far surpassed my expectations. After she was done, the transformation of the room was nothing less than spectacular. I had a beautiful balloon arch, illuminated towers or I think she called them towers, and gorgeous center pieces. My guests loved the decorations and kept asking me who did them. Frances definitely delivered like she said she would. Her prices are very reasonable and she does A+ quality work. I would definitely use Frances again for future parties and would highly recommend her to anyone else looking for someone to decorate their party

Karen came through big time in helping me put on my wife's 50th Birthday Party. The outpouring of compliments are still coming through from all of the guests in attendance. Not only being very professional, Karen's attention to the details made the difference in an extremely successful party. From the Photo Booth, Pictures, Layout, Venue... Karen kept me informed prior and during the party, keeping a very calm demeanor throughout... very professional! I would definitely use Karen again if needed and would highly recommend to anyone needing an event planner.

John/Perry is our go to event planner. They have produced numerous parties for us over the past few years. Mainly for personal dinner and holiday parties. A Hawaiian themed holiday party was easily set-up with tables and floral linens, Mai Tai drink machine, Sushi station with our own sushi chef, and amazing lighting turned our backyard patio into Waikiki. John & Aurelio were always responsive, had all deliveries on time. The Event Checklist they use and the Day Of Production Agenda shows you are working with a top-notch event agency, not a solo event planner. And their pricing always competes with the solo planner. We have mixed emotions about them being on Thumbtack. We don't want others to discover them!!

This is my second time using them for events the first time was a Christmas party at my home .They turn my backyard into a winter wonderland they provided tables,chairs,heating lamps, decoration, Candy Apples, cookies chocolate dipped strawberries fountains, and a custom photo frame and the second event was my godson's birthday party where they turn Paw Patrol into a reality the decorations was so realistic that you thought you were in the cartoon I was very impressed by the quality of work and professionalism and that they were able to stick with my budget. thank you sincerely Tarasha
To be honest we were having a little difficulty communicating at the beginning. After we got everything straighten out, like who was going to do the alcohol shopping. It was decided they would do it for us that way we could get the best deal. After that was set everything was pretty straightforward. They arrived at the venue and were super nice and very easy to talk to. Very accommodating, helpful, and very nice to all my guest. Went above and beyond to help us make our party the best it could be. They walked around the party asking my guest if they needed anything to drink or wanted anything. I really liked that. Helped any way possible. They were so involved in my party and so sweet to all my guest. Thank you so much Divinitys Bartending.
We most definitely had a Happening, catered! First family reunion in 12 years for a large family in the movie business for 3 generations, who as a group are the most discerning foodies I know. Everyone was raving about the food from start to finish, and then afterwards in a flurry of emails, thanking the hosts for such an amazing party-- we could not have done it without Vincent and crew. None of us lifted a finger, and my cousin's home was left absolutely spotless. They also did a fabulous job on an all Greek menu, which they a lot of research to develop, and find the best sources for ingredientsfrom the bread to the very tender octopus legs. Nothing could have been improved on. Vincent and his staff had our backs on every detail. Esther was a beautiful organizer who made the transitions seamless, gracious and elegant. The sous chefs and servers looked like they loved their work, clearly knew each other well and seemed to be having as much fun putting on a great party as the guests did. We all think Vincent's focus on creating fantastic food as integral to the party and prepared on site in front of everyone is an exciting new development in the concept of catering. That was the real activity of the afternoon, and appreciated by all! It was hard to get my family out of the kitchen and into the garden, they were all so amazed by the enjoyment of food and of watching the synchronicity of the chef and his team. It was performance art.

We've used her for charity events, birthday and anniversary party planning, execution and gift help, decorating for the holidays. I also had Debi help with team parties.
