Jeremy Gutierrez was on time and very professional. During the course of inspection he did a thorough job in/out, general plumbing and electrical, all appliances, Attic check,smoke detectors, looked for moisture and many more… He answered all questions promptly. And has other resources to refer to you if needed such as Termite inspection and etc.. Jeremy will be helping us on the Sewer and Roof inspection in a couple more days. We definitely recommend his services!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use state of the art software to make your home inspection process as simple and easy as possible. With our software, scheduling, payments, repairs requests, maintenance, and more is made readily accessible.
We will deliver a web-based, mobile-friendly, and interactive home inspection report that emphasizes what's important with a clean layout, high-def photos, easy navigation, agent tools, and much more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After attaining an Associate of Science in Inspection Technology, I decided to leave the Construction Industry and bring my experience and knowledge to the Inspection Industry. I am detail-oriented and enjoy taking on a variety of challenges. My keen eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills ensure that your inspection will be of the best quality.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with realtors, developers, lenders, appraisers, insurance companies, homebuyers, owners, sellers, builders, landlords, and renters. Our industry mainly revolves around working closely with Real Estate Agents but at WestCo Home Inspection we also specialize in working directly with our customers.
