FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have a price list that I will be uploading on all my advertising places.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a quote is submitted to a customer, we follow up to see if any details were missed or additional information is needed. The potential customer will advise if he likes the quote or if they like to continue their search. I give this option to the customer by not pressuring on going with us or if they have a tight budget. I clarify to the potential customers, that getting a low quote from competitors might not warranty that they will get what they expect. Our prices are reasonable per the quality and service we provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 Year experience worked with for a Corporation that specialized in Party Rentals in the City Of Westminster, California. Keep posted of updated equipment, and new trends. We are a family own and operated business, but we like to give our customers the best. I wouldn't give a customer something that I wouldn't want for our family.
