We have worked with normal consumers along with schools and companies to keep their devices running at the most cost-effective rates possible.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have as much experience as possible. Phones and tablets have a lot of very small and delicate parts and an inexperienced technician can cause more damage than they can fix. Don’t worry about “schooling” or “degrees” because (aside from some computer repairs) you don’t need it to be excellent at your job. Obviously, check reviews and see what others are saying about the company. Remember - a technician that hasn’t done a lot of this type of work can quickly leave your phone or tablet with irreparable damage that even a pro might not be able to salvage.
