My process for working with a new client is usually a phone call to get to know them and listen to the direction they want the project to be taken. This really helps with fast communication and getting on the same page efficiently.

I have mostly worked in the field for over 14 years. Trial and error till I mastered the craft and what tools are needed to do the job right.
