Roquel is everything she claims to be and more. She is there when you need help and continues to provide support even after she has fulfilled her initial work. She is an excellent trainer of dogs and people! I would recommend her to every person I know in need of dog training.
I hired Karen to help us with my newly rescued cockapoo that had a serious issue with aggressive behavior and biting. The first session with Karen was in my home for three hours. In that time Karen explained her background, philosophy, and approach to dog training, where I am the pack leader, not my dog.. The information she gave us was invaluable, and we worked with Jax, using everything Karen advised us to do. When we had our next session, Karen first sat with us to hear how things were going, and I was so excited to tell her of Jax's progress! I would definitely recommend Karen of Bow Wow Method to help you train your dog. She is friendly, professional, experienced, and reasonably priced. 👍🏼😊
We were pleased with her techniques and we received a lot of good suggestions. I recommend DC to anyone needing dog training. Jan and Steve Lentz
John is one of the best dog trainers that I've met. I have a three year old recently adopted American Eskimo with issues such as leash pulling, nipping people who doesn't give him attention, and general insecurity issues. I have seen other dog trainers trying to get help, but without result. John took the time to get to know my dog and evaluate him based on what he saw and previous conversations with me. He helped me understand my dog and what I need to do to help him. Apparently, I have a dog that thinks he's an alpha and he taught me how to address this. I need more classes to address my dogs leash pulling and more, and I am glad that John didn't try to address all issues in one session because I don't think that would have been very helpful in the long run. Training a dog is not done in an hour, it takes more time than that. I highly recommend John.
I am currently working on service dog training with Denise. She is AMAZING!! My SD I'm training is also the first dog I've ever owned. That being said, Denise is really patient with me as I learn how to be a good dog owner as well as train my dog. She is very go with the flow with the training, as far as if I have anything come up in between classes, we address the problem and work through it right away. I'm so happy she's a part of our lives! Best most professional service I've recieved.
Duane helped teach us how to work with our Shepard mix. Our beautiful pet was crazy hyper and didn't want to listen. With Duane's guidance, she now listens and is the best dog. I highly recommend Duane for dog training.
Had a great experience with Timothy from wagging pack. He was patient, caring for our pup, and spent a ton of time educating us on the best ways to improve his habits and behavior. Absolutely recommend wagging pack for anyone looking for some dog training help!
I didn't realize that there are many aspects to training a dog. Lulu had prior training, and working those techniques into the training with a personal trainer was sometimes confusing for me. It is true, you have to teach the owner of the dog!!! You must be determined to work with your dog every day, positive mind, and learn to relax yourself and your dog!!! I learned some new techniques, that will help me in my training of Lulu. With so much information, and an hour worth of time, I did feel overwhelmed. But was given paperwork on each activity we did. Which was emailed to me. I would suggest to space your classes, making sure your pup understands the lesson before scheduling the next class.
Angela came to the house to help us with our new puppy training! From the minute she came in, we knew she was the perfect trainer! Our dog responded so well to her. Every single time she comes to the house, she is punctual, professional, super friendly, and great at what she does! You will not be disappointed. She is a dog whisperer!
Pawsability was above and beyond anything I could have imagined! I have a new rescue dog and I wanted to make sure she stayed in our home when we went away. We also wanted to start her off on some basic training so we hired Pawsability to come and take care of Sky. We had a meet and greet at my house and Theresa spent a good hour explaining her services and even giving us tips to help us w our new rescue. During the stay they took sky on the daily trips they do as part of the community daycare program and Sky got to be socialized and have "on the job" training with other dogs and new people. We were sent texts, videos and photos frequently with wonderful updates about sky's progress. My house was left beautifully and Theresa even washed the sheets and towels she used. She left a report and set up our final training session that was included in our board and train fee. Oh and the fee was extremely reasonable. When we returned home Our dog was happy, healthy and had learned the beginnings of obedience training. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this service. We will definitely enroll Sky in their daycare as well.
We are very excited to get going on training our dog with Dave. He came to our house on Saturday, and spent over an hour discussing our dogs needs, and Dave's philosophy on training. (Free consultation) We were very impressed, and feel that he will be a great fit for our family.
Dave was such a great help to us in training our dog (or us, really)! He really took the time to explain the process and work with Sadie to overcome her fearful reaction to other dogs. She's made great progress & we look forward to more training sessions in the future. Highly recommended! Oh, and Sadie absolutely LOVES HIM.
K.O. Dog training is excellent! Phillip & Michelle are knowledgeable, patient, consistent and organized. Nico is a Miniature Schnauzer. They are extremely intelligent, willful and stubborn. They were bred to hunt vermin and alert to everything that moves or makes a noise. Nico felt it was his duty/job to eradicate the threat/danger.It was amazing to see how using the proper commands and voice we were able to calm and train Nico. Five star rating for K.O Dog Training!!
We sent our 9 month old puppy to Love Ur K9 for the family pet training program. It took about 9 days total. We were very impressed with the training our dog received and how receptive he was to us implementing his new commands. Kevin was very thorough in teaching us all that our dog had learned and it took us a while to get comfortable, but once we did, he has shown flying colors. We are so excited to know that we have a way to train our dog new things and instill good behavior in him. Kevin, Gabby, and Latoya were great in explaining why and how they train and their philosophies behind their training. I always know that they are just a phone call or text away if I have any questions and the group classes are great as well. We recommend Love Ur K9 to EVERYONE as we have had such a great experience!
Petra is great and very patient with our dog Tobi that doesn’t get along with our cat but already after 3 lessons is improving and also learning obedience commands!
Daryl is wonderful! He is super responsive and available. Answered all my questions promptly and sent me videos of my dog during the time he was being boarded and trained. Daryl is extremely professional and considers us part of his family. The dogs he works with are unbelievably well trained. It seems like he does a lot of personal protection dog training, although we took my Corgi puppy to him for obedience training. My puppy is very “willful” and needed an extra week of training and Daryl was incredibly accommodating for us. I couldn’t believe he would be willing to go the extra mile to make sure we and our dog are satisfied. Thanks Daryl!
Audrey scheduled us right away for a consultation to help with our food aggressive dog. Within one week using her training and tips any family member can pull our dogs food away with out getting biten or even a growl. Our German Shepard will now wait patiently in a calm "sit" position till we put his food back for him. Looking forward to more training!
Jo took care of our two Boston Terriers while we were away for four days. We have one senior dog in need of medication, one spastic five year old with endless energy, and we could not have been happier with Jo's care for them. She is not only professional and trustworthy, she is caring and has a natural bond with dogs. We didn't worry about them for a second while we were away because she sent us updates, pictures and funny little captions describing the dogs and what they were doing. I looked forward to hearing from Jo everyday. When we returned home, she had left the place completely spotless- she even cleaned off our porch and watered our plants. The dogs were happy to see us for about a minute and then went back to bed. They had a wonderful time. And, our neighbors loved her too! We are so satisfied and happy to have found Jo for our dogs. Now we can finally plan our honeymoon we put off because we didn't want to leave our old man Oscar alone.
Great dog training - Marge is awesome with dogs and people! She comes to your home, always gives a reminder text and is always reliable. Love them!
I have been using her services since my puppy was 6 months, and he is now 3 1/2 years old. She has been watching my dog for the past three years, and my dog is quite picky on what he likes and doesn't like! What I like the most about her services is that she is VERY flexible, many times I have last minute jobs, and she is ALWAYS readily available to take him in. I also enjoy that she sometimes has other small dogs for him to play with, but not where it is overwhelming like a doggie daycare (my dog likes to be just with one person or dogs similar to his sweet temperament). He always wags his tail when I drop him off, and is always happy to see her daughter (my dog loves kids). When I pick him up, he is always tired and passes right out once I leave to go back home, meaning he had fun and was busy while staying over. She also caters do his diet and bathroom regime. She makes sure that when you leave your dog with her, that your dog is treated the same way as you would treat him/her. I would highly recommend her services especially if your dog is picky and you want that more personal touch in a doggie day care service.
I tried using a treat trainer but our dog still did not listen. Mike and Off Leash K9 Training Los Angeles were able to get the control over our dog that we wanted. The Off Leash team were there every step of the way and now we have a dog that listens each and every time.
