Latest Review: I've been working out with Steven for about 3 mos. I've seen a lot of benefit. Weight loss, core strength, balance and as importantly, no injuries. Last year, I had my knee replaced and after doing PT, I needed a trainer to begin the process of regaining leg and core strength as well as losing weight. Very glad that I found Steven.
Here is what I like about Steven:
1. Good attitude. He's knows how to push you without making it a grind. Eg, talking about the Warriors when you're in the middle of a 90sec plank is key.
2. Workouts are balanced--it is critical that I don't re-injure myself and Steven is able to balance a rigorous workout that combines strength, cardio and balance. At that same time, don't want to overdo it.
3. Smart and Thoughtful-- Steven reviewed my PT and was able to design a workout that was inline with what I needed medically.
4. My girls like him too-- Steven works out with my teenage girls before school. He has them boxing and focussing on core strength. They really like it.
