- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out in the restaurant business when I turned 13 years old back in Kansas City. I washed dishes after school until 11pm 5 nights a week/ Back then there were no labor laws. Its the only way I could pay for a car when I turned 14. I have been in the food service industry ever since. 35 Years now
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings, Open Houses for business, Appetizer parties, Holiday parties. Intimate Dinners, Birthday parties, Anniversaries. Almost anything you can imagine including funerals. :-(
