1. Find out the need and desires of the client 2. Formulate a plan which will swiftly work toward accomplishing the goals 3. Stay in close communication with the client working diligently towards the sale or buy.

Yes. I continually study Market trends and attend enrichment classes offered by the Sacramento Association of Realtors.
