Using SweetJules Staging was a great choice. The home had offers and under contract in less than a week and nearly 100k over asking price. That wouldn’t have happened without using Julie. She was great to work with and accommodating with the staging and pick up afterwards! I will definitely use her on the next listing.

We hired Jules to stage a vacant home that we owned, she staged the entire home beautifully, for half the price of what others quoted us AND she staged several more rooms than they would have! She is very personable, easy going, asked for my input during the process, clearly loves what she does which is obvious in her attention to detail and I really enjoyed working with her! She was very prompt in arriving to the appointment and in returning calls and texts, she even responded to me while she was out of state on vacation!! I would highly recommend Jules!

Recently hired Julie to stage our recently renovated house in Fair Oaks, CA. It was an amazing experience from the initial contact to the final touches she put on everything. We had offers on the second day and went pending on the third day. Everyone that saw the staging said how amazing it was and how much it accented all of the features of the house. Julie has a gift, not only with staging but with people and life. I feel like I have gained a friend. She is so easy to work with, eager to please, responsive to your vision for your project and loves what she does. She is extremely talented! Can't say enough good things about her and her crew. They set up quickly and efficiently, taking extreme care of doorways, flooring, etc. Highly recommend!

It is very reasonable compared to a lot of the stagers out there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come in for a consultation at no charge and decide if this is a project I can work with and consult with my client on their wants and needs on the project. I definitely like to get their input on design, as well.
