I was honestly a little nervous to begin this new journey on thumbtack, but Eric reassured me that it is "okay" to not be "okay." How intentional he was about listening to me gave me a great sense of control over the conversation. His coaching style is welcoming, nurturing, and (just like most coaches that I've experienced as a former athlete) attentive to what my individuals needs were (over giving generic responses). I feel empowered to trust myself. I'll definitely continue to lean on Eric for support.

If I were able to choose 5+ items to describe my experience with, “Coping With Eric’s,” services I surely would, but unfortunately we can only choose 3. My son who has been suffering from anxiety for a little while now has been lacking the motivation to excel in school. His GPA was slipping a bit and all in all, he started to close off from his mother and I as well. Being a temporary low income family, we didn’t really think therapy was an option until I heard from a friend about the services from, “Coping With Eric.” Our son took a little time to find the comfort to speak in the group therapy sessions, but now he has shown major progress and cannot stop sharing information. Which is great! At school our son is reengaging and at home he always spreads positivity. I can see his confidence growing. We really appreciate these services.
