Latest Review: We were searching for a teacher who did not treat music as a business or "hustle." David is an excellent teacher who is passionate about music and cares deeply about his students. He is not watching the clock. He is more interested in the student learning the concept and stresses fundamentals. If the class runs over the allotted time, he continues and does not charge any more. Instead, his priority is the student learns. David knows theory and teaching fundamentals. My kids enjoyed their time with him and we highly recommend him as a teacher. We went to the piano academies and a few others and never found a satisfactory teacher. However, David was the best and my kids were much better for the experience.

Latest Review: I've been taking lessons from Liz for over 7 years now. She knows what vocal exercises I need for developing particular skills such as placement and vowel pronunciation. Her constructive feedback is always given with ways to improve. Liz is happy to work with me on song selections that suit my voice and push me outside of my comfort zone, from classical to modern tunes. When I’ve seen Liz perform live, it reinforces the vocal techniques learned from her instruction. She has a singing ability that I can only hope to aspire to. If you've been thinking of taking voice lessons, I highly recommend Liz.

Latest Review: Patience of a saint. Invested, caring, compassionate and multi-talented (you should hear her singing voice)! I had two daughters taking piano lessons at the same time. I told Trudy my 1-year goals for the girls up front, and Trudy led my girls to far beyond my expectations in less than six months! In no time, my girls were reading music and composing their own songs on paper! She was particularly good about ensuring the two "tween-age" girls each had specials songs that were just their own and not a song the other sister was also learning at the same time. She exposed the children to music theory from the beginning (something I never learned in all my years of lessons). The girls adored Trudy and loved their lessons with her. It broke our hearts when she moved away. To this day, nothing makes me happier than seeing my girls run to the piano when they hear a song on the radio and immediately sounding out the melody and playing it over and over. They can read music; they appreciate the beauty of classical pieces; and they treasure their time with Trudy and her lovely family.
