I initially called him for a simple ( relatively) installation of a leak detection system. He was able to complete the job pretty quickly and professionally. Which prompted me to call for subsequent tougher jobs like installation of a waster filtration and water softener system( with plumbing modification) Roman is a great guy and much more than that a professional expert in his field. I would 100% recommend for any plumbing related job."See more

We called some companies for a quote and the gas work alone was very high and simply unreasonable. We met with Mr. Ronald and he was very kind and explained our options to us. We are old and did not fully understand the devices they needed us to install. This company is very worthy of my review. Ronald took the time to explain and not only gave us a reasonable price, but he also gave us a quote for other plumbing problems that we urgently need to fix. Ronald was very helpful. My wife and I are elderly and do not understand as good as we used too: I could not recommend a better company for plumbing here in the Bay Area. They have been exceptionally helpful and have done a spectacular job. You have got call this company for your plumbing needs, if you want an honest price and good workmanship."See more

A. W. says, "Bottom line: I would happily hired Mr. Gonzales again. Details: It is always difficult to find tradespeople for home repair. It's difficult to know who is capable and trustworthy from a short profile and some reviews. So this is yet another review that you might be reading and aren't sure if you can trust. I get it. I was you a few days ago. I wanted to get some plumbing tasks done. I read the reviews and contacted Mr. Gonzales. Luckily he had some time that day and arrived at my house in the afternoon. There were a few complications that meant the job took more time than one would have guessed, but these things happen. I found that Mr. Gonzales was affable and considerate. He was more than tolerant with my endless questions. (I am a curious person and like learning from experts, so I watched him and asked questions the entire time.) He was happy to share his knowledge and even prompted me to ask more questions or voice concerns if I hadn't asked anything in a while. While we were waiting for some glue to dry on some PVC pipes, he let me borrow a wrench and watched me as I closed off the gas to my house. (I wanted to make sure I knew how to do it since I hadn't done it before.) He seemed to be very knowledgeable about plumbing and also interested in sharing his experience with homeowners so that they can avoid disaster. You have probably stopped reading this review at this point. So I will say in closing that after knowing Mr. Gonzales for all of five hours, I think he is a good plumber and a good person.
