Over the last few months my water heater pilot was going out sporadically. With some construction near by I assumed they needed to shut the gas lines for the area off when this happened so didn’t think anything of it. Then had the issue occur multiple times in a week and when i went to relight the heater started to hear a buzzing sound from it. Right there knew this was not good and needed someone to inspect the unit. They responded incredibly quick. After a bit of talking and finding the unit was nearing 10 years old they were transparent with costs for repair and replacements. Ended up just calling it and replacing the unit as pricing was very fair given same day service. Unit was replaced and up and going from call to install in just under 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them and will be keeping their number around for any additional and hopefully less urgent plumbing issues.
