Hello, my name is Joel, owner of BBQ Express Yoself..I have been in the BBQ business for 15 years, since 2018 doing business for myself. I have a portable Smoker, that i take on the road to smoke quality meats such as Pork Ribs, Chicken, Hot Links, Tri-Tip, Brisket, and so much more... I have to say, I truly enjoy eating the BBQ from Express Yoself BBQ, I have personally seen the time and effort that he puts in whether it be late into the night or early in the morning to make sure that his BBQ and sides are made and come out in a way that is going to provide his customers a nice quality meal that will leave them with a good feeling of comfort food that is flavorful, that hits the palate in the right spot, and then hits the back of the tongue before it goes down, that makes a person want to ponder and meditate on the savory taste that his meals leave in your mouth.
