Pleasant experience with Walter. My furnace stopped working and my Google Nest Thermostat displayed an error code. On my initial contact with Walter, and after explaining my issue, I was confident he could resolve my issue. Walter maintained a high level of transparency throughout the entire process, providing me with pictures and videos of the issue, as I was unable to inspect it myself due to the furnace being located in the attic. Even after resolving the issue and installing new parts, Walter showed the old parts along with the new parts installed. Walter didn’t just repair my furnace; he also took the time to educate me on the inner workings of a furnace. I will definitely be using Walter again for my furnace and AC maintenance.

Upon working with new customers, I'm highly transparent upon the work that's found & the work that's needed. I try & simplify things & terminology for a customer's understanding by emphasizing & utilizing fair communication skills. and also I take visual photos of all my findings & the performed work once completed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently EPA universal certified & licensed as a commercial HVAC technician/and I'm also LIEBERT certified & trained to work on specialized AC units, systems & controls that are designed to supply & maintain specific cooling temps inside data & I.T. rooms
