- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $250 per unit including 6 vents and $25 each additional vent after the 6 and charge $155 for dryer cleaning if dryer exits side of house or roof and if not accessible or has a tile or aluminum roof I charge $55 for attic access fee to clean from attic
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Check systems are operating correctly make sure all vents are blowing and there’s no major damage or disconnections inspect for seals/Asbestos/and mold make sure all vents are blowing then proceed with cleaning of Duct system and Dryer cleaned from exit point and both directions if needed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been trained in duct cleaning dryer cleaning and duct leakage
