my name is Tommy I am a highly 25 year experienced Duct & Dryer vent cleaner who uses a high powered vacuum & separate high powered air compressor to clean Ducts which is elite allot of people use small vacuums with vacuum and agitator in one (not good) I also clean dryer vent from exit point with high powered compressor & both directions when needed allot of people use rods with shop vac bought at Home Depot and try just cleaning it from behind the dryer (not good) I am honest and trustworthy

Thomas did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our dryer vents! He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also gave us some really helpful advice about our ductwork without ever being pushy or trying to upsell us.

We had a very clogged dryer duct that was never cleaned! Believe it or not this prevents your dryer from actually drying!! He found a nest in the duct with a completely clogged pathway. Completely cleaned out the duct system and installed a new ductvent guard to prevent critters and birds from entering the duct and nesting. Everything is working perfectly now and the dryer functioning at 100% efficiency!! Thank you for a job well done!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $250 per unit including 6 vents and $25 each additional vent after the 6 and charge $155 for dryer cleaning if dryer exits side of house or roof and if not accessible or has a tile or aluminum roof I charge $55 for attic access fee to clean from attic
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Check systems are operating correctly make sure all vents are blowing and there’s no major damage or disconnections inspect for seals/Asbestos/and mold make sure all vents are blowing then proceed with cleaning of Duct system and Dryer cleaned from exit point and both directions if needed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been trained in duct cleaning dryer cleaning and duct leakage
