Rick has been my handyman/ construction worker for many years. I own several rental properties and he has been my go to guy whenever any repairs need to be done. He is responsible and very talented. He recently did a pretty big job for me on pest repairs that needed to be completed before close of escrow. He replaced floor joist , structural supports, siding, plumbing, painting, etc.
My dad was in construction and is now unable to work due to his health condition. I'm grateful to have Rick as my Handyman and appreciate his knowledge and skills. I highly recommend him for small jobs and large ones!

He was prompt, meticulous, and very skilled. We will definitely call him again. He rehung two mirrored medicine cabinet doors for us. It was a very exacting job.
