- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home inspection fees vary by property type, square footage and location. For an exact price, call or email us with the property address. DECEMBER DISCOUNT!! Save $50 on any standard home inspection. Must be paid in full by 12/24/23 but can be scheduled to occur before or after that date. Contact us for details!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can call or email us, or request a quote on our website or on Thumbtack. We provide a free quote and at least two times when we are available, based on customer requirements. After the inspection is scheduled, customers can pay online or with a check. We email and text confirmations and reminders. There is no fee if the inspection needs to be rescheduled or cancelled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Debra is the owner of this HouseMaster location, which she took over from the previous owner in 2019. The inspectors at this location have between 4-20 years experience, and all have been with this location since before the transfer of ownership. All inspectors are trained and annually recertified by NIBI (National Institute of Building Inspectors).
