Having Ornella as a cleaning support has been transformational. We started utilizing her & Monica’s services back in 2022 and it was a great experience from the first time we met. She was very thorough in the beginning when she gave us our consultation and kept her word ( cleaning expectations, time & price). I have a family of 5 with 3 small children. I come from a family that believes you are supposed to have the home clean when the cleaners come lol but the truth is Ornella’s team has never made me feel guilty and they have always been supportive of my goals. There were moments in the winter where she inspired me to work on another area in the house as she took care of main areas of the house. I struggle with depression and anxiety and some times it gets the best of me, my husband has ADHD & my oldest has ADHD + Autism so you can imagine the chaos at times but we are grateful for Prec’s!
