Had a couple different plumbing issues in my kitchen and bathroom. Michael fixed them both quickly and efficiently. Couldn't have asked for better service.
He did an excellent job assembling my ikea kitchen cabinets. He was fast/ efficient and very responsive. Would definitely rehire him to assemble other ikea pieces. Thanks!
Michael proved to be very knowledgeable regarding the products he had to work with. He installed the laundry room sink and cabinet in a timely manner. I would be glad to recommend him.
Paul showed up on time and was very courteous. He helped us install an outlet under a cabinet so that we could power the wine refrigerator that was purchased. Paul was also kind enough to quote us on another potential project. Supporting local businesses is very important to my husband and I.Thank you!
When I tell you that it was 110 degrees outside, and John worked upstairs, non-stop without complaining!... He not only assembled my TV cabinet, but he also put together the TV, and programmed it. Never complained, never stopped working, and was totally pleasant, and responsive. We need to clone him! I loved the finished product, and I will use John continually.
Sam and his associate came to my house on time. They emptied my garage of over 50 cardboard boxes and installed baby safety mechanisms on all kitchen cupboards. Sam also fixed our broken radio flyer, which wasn't included in the original estimate. They were friendly and competent, so I recommend this company's services.
Todd was very effective and helpful in providing cabinet work for the remodeling of our master bathroom.
Jeff was prompt, eager to work, and did a beautiful job repairing a broken island in a new kitchen. He also installed crown molding for a realistic price throughout the dining and living room. He worked with my budget to schedule several more projects, and I'm really looking forward to see what he can do with these upcoming projects. I would trust him with any friends, coworkers, and even my mom! Will post photos soon.
I needed a kitchen faucet installled. Julio was out to do the job a couple of hours later. He showed up on time, very friendly and professional from beginning to end. He did a great job installing the faucet, despite hard water that had essentially become like cement over time, he was very patient and skilled and no damage to the granite. Very happy with his quality of work. I asked if he had time to look at a dragging side gate door. He was happy to help, gave me a very reasonable quote and to my surprise had all the necessary equipment in his truck. He fixed the gate door perfectly, swings so smoothly now. Julio does an excellent job.
Maks installed two new doors on our house, repaired a wall and some kitchen drawers that were broken. Overall his work was excellent and was a very fair price for the time he spent on the projects. I will definitely ask him to do some additional work on our home in the future.
Hired Wes to intall the backsplash in our kitchen. He did a great job and was very reasonably priced. I would definitely hire again and recommend to friends.
I hired Spectrum One to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. They also painted the exterior and interior of my house. They we're very professional. The project went smoothly and was completed on time. Outstanding quality!!!
Steve did an excellent job fixing my rotted kitchen cabinets and kitchen faucet. He took the time to do all the work I asked him to do, and he was kind enough to secure some other cabinet doors. Steve's work is outstanding and professional.
Meticulous although may seem stubborn. My 3 bathroom with a kitchen remodel can out marvelous due to his stubbornness for perfection. Give him time, and he will make your project perfect. Old timer would say..can't ever rush a good thing. Thank you Ken!!!
Kurt suggested instead of just doing Cabinet refinishing in the kitchen to do the cabinets throughout the entire home since they were identical throughout and all could use the upgraded look.
Had our kitchen remodeled by WDS Remodeling in early November. Our kitchen remodeled 17 years ago and had a very dark look with red vinyl flooring. I wanted something that would lighten the kitchen but keep the cabinets dark. We ended up purchasing new cabinets in a dark espresso with a wine frig and rack, white subway tile back splash with an accent piece, plank porcelain tile floor for the kitchen dinning room and entry way, stainless steel appliances including a built in wine frig. Can lighting, chandelier lights over my bar and a new ceiling fan. The workers were friendly, got the job done before the estimated time. Thr kitchen turned out better then we expected and suggest WDS to anyone in the sacramento area looking for a contractor.
Andrey and his crew are pretty awesome. They did a great job with our kitchen remodel (countertops and backsplash). Andrey even got us a great deal on the Quartz countertops and was always available to answer questions. We are very pleased with how well everything turned out and that too within our budget.
We are very happy with the work that Bob and his crew did on our kitchen and closet. They were exceptionally pleasant to work with, and really strove to satisfy all our wishes in our remodeling job. They completely gutted an old fireplace, removed thousands of pounds of brick, and built a lovely closet, pantry and also completely refinished the kitchen. It looks like a whole new house now, due to the careful and extensive work done by Moe Remodeling. They did a lot of cosmetic changes, which look great, but also solved a lot of issues on our old house we'd had with the plumbing, gas, and electric that needed to be addressed. We are absolutely planning on having more work done by them in the future. They went above and beyond my expectations, not just in the results of their work, but their professionalism, cleanliness, knowledge and overall kind attitudes from the whole team. Highly recommended!
Great experience! Mark did a wonderful job installing handles and knobs for my drawers and cabinets.
Hired hi, for a new kitchen floor. He was punctual, very knowledgeable and patient until i decided type of floor, and reviewed details with me. Guided me in the right direction. They did a great job. They discovered that part of the subfloor was water damaged and gave me a huge discount to fix it. Subsequently, they also protected the rest of the subfloor to make sure there would be no future water damage. The job was done on time and looks great! Thanks Guys!
The project involved converting the lowest level of a tri-level home to a separate living quarters for my daughter. The bedroom, bathroom and utility room were left intact. The primary effort consisted of: closing off the open space between the main kitchen eating area and the large family room; providing a separate entrance to the family room; replacing an 8 foot window with a sliding door, landing, and steps from the eating nook; removing a wet bar, and adding a kitchenette in the family room. The kitchenette required installing: cabinets; appliances; electrical and plumbing; lighting fixtures; quartz counters; tile flooring. George Smith, owner of BMT Builders, was an integral partner of the design process, which included the home owners and a Kitchen Design specialist. George's expert experience in this process resulted in many practical improvements to the design and physical layout of the kitchen. He provided the detailed plans for the permit, and advocated for the home owners interests with the county personnel- which was critical in obtaining approval of the project. The care and dedication to the job which George and his assistants provided were commendable, they worked exclusively on this project until it was completed. The craftsmanship of the finished product adequately reflected George's perfectionist nature. His integrity was above reproach; his word was as good as gold in all aspects of this project. There were many unforeseen obstacles encountered during the project; George always provided the owner with a menu of options, explanation of the choices, and any cost ramifications. He included any suggestions offered by the owner in his recommended solution. His suggested approach was both pragmatic and artistic; but, always focused on getting the effort done the correct way- never cutting corners. As with any project of this complexity, some surprises arose; the most significant one involving relatively new code issues, which were not included in the initial plans. The electrical wiring for the new appliances and kitchen outlets originally were planned using the existing 200 amp panel. At the initial site inspection, the county agent informed us of additional code requirements that would necessitate installing a new main panel and running new electrical circuits from this panel to the new kitchenette. This change in approach had a modest impact on the schedule and cost of the project. In retrospect, this could have been mitigated by more detailed review during the permit process.
