- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on the frequency of training. If you are training more times per week, then prices will be discounted. If you are a couple, then prices will also be reduced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on what your goals are, we would start with the foundation. A strong foundation for your body will support our workouts as we progress with heavier weights or higher reps. We would create a powerful program paired with a nutrition plan that can ultimately support you in making sure we get results quickly and efficiently! Training sessions are 30 minutes. But please allow 50 minutes. Clients will be warming up 10minutes before and cooling down 10 minutes after. We specialize in HIIT because it is scientifically the most effective for muscle building and fat loss.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through NASM. One of the most highly respected personal training certification companies in the industry. I am also a nutrition coach which supports me in making sure that we not only look good but feel good.
