I initially joined a 60-day challenge and decided to work with Ward for personal training. What began as a short-term commitment quickly turned into a transformative 9-month journey that far exceeded my expectations. Before training with Ward, I avoided barbell squats because they felt intimidating. Through his expert coaching, encouragement, and patience, I not only overcame that fear but achieved a personal record of 200 lbs. Dell consistently motivated me to move beyond my self-imposed limitations and helped me discover what I was truly capable of. Even now, I continue to apply the principles and training methods I learned from Ward. His sessions go far beyond physical strength — they’re also uplifting and grounding on a personal level. I had just started going back to the gym and wanted to do it the right way this time, so I decided to work with Dell and I’m really glad I did. From day one, he took the time to understand my goals, fitness level, and was very flexible with my schedule. Every session I felt like I learned something new and he pushed me more than I would ever push myself (and I had never felt that level of muscle soreness but that’s how you know it was effective). He challenged me without making it too overwhelming, and he always explained the purpose behind each exercise. One thing I was really a fan of was that it wasn’t just all business and it was a great mix of professionalism and relatability. He pushes you to give your best but also kept the energy positive and fun. I have learned a lot from him and have used a lot of the things he taught me while working out on my own and I’ve grown stronger and feel much more confident with how my body looks. I HIGHLY recommend working with Dell and I think you’ll find that it is money well spent.

Wardell was a great physical trainer! I’ve been exercising with weights most of my adult life. But pushing 60 years old, I needed some new routines and techniques to improve my leg strength for upcoming snow ski trips. Wardell introduced me to a whole variety of new leg routines which greatly enhanced my skiing abilities. Thank you! Wardell is friendly, professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. I recommend him for all your training needs.

Dell is an excellent trainer. He’s extremely tailored in his approach to each client and takes the time to help you understand your workout, not just perform it. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.
